On 22 and 23rd of July American Library held series of seminars for librarians named "Client orientation". Group of 24 librarians from Kyiv and Kyiv region were improving their skills in client service, learned about quality of library services and talked on difficult conflict cases. Seminars were organized with help of Bibliomist Programme, IREX and experts from CBSD (Center for Business Skills Development).
