Book of the Week - "The Happiness Animal"

Book of the Week - "The Happiness Animal" by Will Jelbert. "We are animals, trained. How we exercise our muscles determines the strenght of our happiness. How do you get a healthy body? You give that body two treatments: healthy diet, and, healthy exercise. But for healthy happiness, you only need one treatment: happiness exercise. It is easier to be happy than it is to lose weight. I found this on the hard way" - says Will Jelbert. Jelbert has an incredible ability to say things that are logical and obvious, although without pointing them out in the clear way he has done, most of us don't ever think them.
