Client orientation for Librarians

On 22 and 23rd of July American Library held series of seminars for librarians named "Client orientation". Group of 24 librarians from Kyiv and Kyiv region were improving their skills in client service, learned about quality of library services and talked on difficult conflict cases. Seminars were organized with help of Bibliomist Programme, IREX and experts from CBSD (Center for Business Skills Development).

Cycling for libraries - unconference

On Monday, July 8, American Library hold English speaking club meeting «Cycling for Libraries».

The subject of discussion was: Unnconference IFLA «Cycling for Libraries Amsterdam-Brussels, June 2013». 

Presenter, Vitaliy Datsenko, American Library Circulation librarian, described the importance of Libraries cooperation and talked on the possibility of such events in Ukraine.
